✨Soulmate/Karmic Relationships via Vedic Astrology We got many questions about how to know whether this relationship is sustainable and tangible. Is he/she, my soulmate and ultimate partner? Despite the intensity, why I cannot separate from him/her?. Of course, the context of Synastry/Compatibility is vast and complex, but I will give you tips or main points that perhaps you can identify by yourself. ✨Disclaimer This is a general observation and information based on my personal experience, studies, and research. Synastry could be the most complex part of astrology, and not every Astrologer can read the dynamic of 2 people. It’s highly recommended to take the advice of a professional astrologer. ✨Past life connections Firstly, all of our connections are related to our past life, whether we end up as a good and positive connection, or it’s giving us hardship and sorrow. Astrologers believe that most of our karmic debt is paid via marriage/long-term relationship contracts. Past life/soul connections usually have strong connectivity with: 1- Retrograde planets 2- Saturn 3- Rahu/Ketu 4- Moon This means, if you have your 7th house lord, DK (a planet that holds the lowest degree), Venus, Jupiter is conjunct with these planets. Most probably you will experience a soulmate/past life connection. Also, having these planets sitting in the 7th house may indicate a strong karmic connection. *Should be seen from your ASC or Moon in D1 and D9 chart. Such a combination shows that you may have multi relationships, or intensity will be experienced in your connection. Perhaps it means you need to put an effort into a relationship and partnership to sustain it. The Combination that shows Karmic/soulmate/past life relationship: Your Moon falls into your partner’s 1- Rahu/Ketu 2- Venus 3- ASC It may indicate the energy of longing and comfort within you, as you know the person previously. And vice versa, if their Moon falls into these placements in your chart. Your Rahu/Ketu falls into your partner’s 1- Moon 2- Venus 3- Mars 4- ASC Such a combination may indicate obsession, possession, and curiosity within you to discover and be with another person. And vice versa, if their Rahu/Ketu fall into these placements in your chart. When Saturn falls into your partner’s 1-Moon 2-Rahu/Ketu 3- Saturn Such a combination shows restriction and limitation, in a sense, there is an energy of someone overpowering in a relationship. For instance, your Rahu/Ketu in the D9 chart conjunct other’s Rahu/Ketu in the D1 chart of your person, and vice versa. This combination will create a VERY INTENSE relationship and mostly you will face difficulties and obstacles to sustain it, yet, it\'s an unbreakable connection. (Other placements should be examined). ✨Lastly… Of course, there are other combinations related to sign placements, gunas, house placements, etc. Such a combination also applies to friendship and family. You may examine these points and you’ll see that most of the people around you have a connection with your personal chart. There are other houses that can be significant and important to examine, such as the 5th and 8th houses. But, perhaps it’s NOT as strong as the presence of a combination in the 7th house.
