Another problem that has become more common in rec...

Another problem that has become more common in recent years, especially among those living in cities, is acidity, heartburn, heartburn and pain, sour vomiting, pitta vanti...ie excessive acidity. In medical terms it is called GERD - Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. The name is Hydrochloric acid and several enzymes are constantly being produced in our stomach to fully digest the food we eat (See Figure-1). When the production of these acids increases, i.e. if we do not consume enough food, the production of these acids tends to back up into the throat. Only the stomach wall has the strength to withstand acidity. There are also a series of doors that prevent this acid from going up into the esophagus (Esophagus), or down into the small intestine (Esophageal sphincters) that open and close again as food enters the stomach (see Figure 2a and 2b). When these acids come on, this sourness or GERD problem starts. Recently, doctors have given a new name to this problem as Hiatus Hernia and are insisting that an operation should be done immediately (See Figure-4). The reasons for this are irregular food intake. Excessive or excessive food intake. Not taking food on time. Oily, greasy, fatty food. Eating junk food like pizza, burgers, chips etc. Alcohol, smoking. Excessive hotel and roadside food consumption. Also excessive spicy, salty, sour, garam masala food. Working late at night...etc..etc... In addition, it mainly helps in proper digestion of the food we eat, destruction of bacteria in the stomach and increase of bad bacteria. If not treated at the right time, stomach ulcers may require surgery, or these ulcers may turn into cancer (See Figure-3). What most of us do is to take antacids like Gelusil, Rantac etc. from the nearby medical shop for temporary relief instead of finding the cause of this problem and making lifestyle changes. Unfortunately, there is no dearth of people who have lost their lives by simply taking pills thinking it was acidity, even when they actually have heart attacks and chest pains. The solution to this is lifestyle change. A home remedy is: 1. Coriander and fenugreek soaked in water at night and drunk in the morning on an empty stomach relieves heartburn, sour tea, acidity. 2. Cumin seeds, raisins, oma seeds can be crushed if the stomach is full without digestion. 3. Abundant intake of unleavened buttermilk is good. It is even better if it is mixed with asafoetida. 4. Add hingu and curry powder to buttermilk and drink it to reduce stomach upset. 5. Mix gooseberry powder in buttermilk and drink or make Tambuli. 6. Take a small piece of ginger in a glass of warm water half an hour before meals. Or drink ginger tea. Consume garlic in hot water on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up in the morning. 7. Drinking pumpkin juice is also a good remedy. 8. Practice exercise, yoga without fail. These should be followed without fail:- 1. Eat in moderation at regular times. 2. Intake of clean food and water. 3. Minimize eating out. 4. Spicy spices, meat should be consumed in moderation. 5. Clean water, fresh water should be consumed in abundance. 6. Stay away from smoking, gutka, tobacco, alcohol. Drink coffee and tea in moderation. 7. Avoid eating fried crunchy snacks, baking soda used (bread etc.), starchy foods (pizza etc.). 8. Eat food at proper time and do not sleep. 9. Walk for 20-30 minutes after dinner (indoors if necessary) before going to bed, don't go to bed immediately.
