Overall 5H and 5L in D1, D9 and D60 will tell you if remedies will work for your problem due to your bhakti and devotion towards your istha devata. 5H is purva punya so it will show if you have any concession to ease your suffering for some time atleast. Malefics here will require more efforts and discipline while rahu ketu here shows inconsistent and irregular prayers to multiple gods thus lack of devotion. Relief in suffering is possible during benefic periods while reduction in agony and turmoil is possible only if you have a strong 5H. Overall 6H being in fixed signs and 6L afflicted in D1, D9 and D60 chart will show intense consequences of your prarabhda/ karmas that are not possible to avoid.
