The 10th house is one of the most important pillars in a chart, as it shows stability, security, and financial condition after marriage. However, having a weak 10th-house lord might show stagnation or slow progress in career after marriage. (You might also take the 10th house as a placement of luck and abundance that you may attain from a spouse…some people become more successful and lucky after marriage and one of the main keys here is the 10th house in navamsha). Having Rahu/Ketu in the 10th house usually shows sudden change and an unexpected turn in career may occur after marriage. It does not mean bad placement, but if the dasha gets activated, it may show discomfort and inconvenient transformation.
